I use Matlisp/CMUCL on Debian with Atlas (no problem at all, and impressive
performance gains for GEMM and GETRF for larger matrices).  However, I have
not tried the CVS version of Matlisp yet.

Out of curiosity: is using Atlas possible with Windows?
