Matlisp/CMUCL-19a

1.  Compiled Matlisp under cmucl-19a on FreeBSD-5.3 today...no problems.

2.  When I started matlisp I get an error about CL::%TOP-LEVEL 
undefined.  (See below.)

3.  What do I need to do?
