Problem with function geev

Hi,
Ray, I saw your memo on #lisp. I downloaded the csv version and
installed it without problem. But I continue to get the same behavior :-
( : when I use (geev ..) it starts computing and never ends. 
I am still using an "old" version of cmucl (19apre3) could it be the
cause of my problem ? 
What can I do to track the problem?
