Hmm.  I can't find it either.  It appears that the Cholesky
decomposition is in dpotrf and friends.

I'll look into adding it.

If it's in LAPACK, but not matlisp, it usually means no one got around
to hooking up an interface to it because no one had a need for it.

I've heard that, but I don't have a fix for that.
