Matlisp as an Array Programming Language

ACM SIGAPL (http://sigapl.org) is broadening its scope to include Array 
Programming Languages other than classic APL.  I believe that Matlisp 
could qualify.  I encourage those on this list to take a look at SIGAPL 
and consider submitting a paper to APL Quote Quad.
