Thanks for the patch.

I think that to make this work right, I'll have to add another option
--enable-shared-atlas because not all platforms have shared atlas
libraries.   

I'll have to play around a bit with this, though.  I've kind of
forgotten exactly what libs are needed to build matlisp with ATLAS.
