third party fortran libraries and REAL-MATRIX type

Hello,
I am try to figure out:
1. how to use Matlisp-Fortran interface to load third party Fortran libraries 
and 
2.how to pass #<MATLISP:REAL-MATRIX type to third party Fortran routines.

Few line guide would be sufficient.
I would appreciate any help .
