Dear MCL Users - I'm happy to announce the immediate availability of RMCL, a version of Macintosh Common Lisp (MCL) that runs under Rosetta on Mac OS X version 10.5 using Intel hardware. It can be downloaded from ftp://clozure.com/pub/rmcl.zip RMCL was developed for a client of Clozure Associates by Gary Byers. This was not the approach originally planned for this client, but it was what ultimately worked. RMCL is being released under the LLGPL. Additional background information, implementation notes, and usage instructions are provided in the zip file. RMCL is provided as-is. Clozure Associates will not provide free support or answer technical questions about RMCL for free. Please don't ask. We do not have plans to continue development of RMCL or to issue bugfixes for it. We would be happy to provide paid support for RMCL. If you would like to hire us to continue working on RMCL, or to help you use RMCL, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] with a description of your needs. We are also happy to provide assistance porting your Lisp application to CCL, which runs natively on Intel hardware. Again, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] Yours in Lisp, Andrew Shalit Clozure Associates _______________________________________________ info-mcl mailing list [email protected] http://clozure.com/mailman/listinfo/info-mcl
