More RAM is needed. 3.0p2 requires at least 3.5MB of RAM, which is more than is available under System 7 on an emulated 4MB Mac Plus. It doesn't run under System 6. You might try Basilisk II if you need 3.4. FYI, I tried 4.3 on SheepShaver.
