There's an svnadmin dump file at ftp.clozure.com:/pub/rmcl-svn.dump.gz that I just made. http://code.google.com/p/support/wiki/FAQ#Subversion implies that you can use svnsync to import an existing repository. I've never used svnsync, so I don't know how it works.
