There's an svnadmin dump file at ftp.clozure.com:/pub/rmcl-svn.dump.gz
that I just made.

http://code.google.com/p/support/wiki/FAQ#Subversion implies that you
can use svnsync to import an existing repository. I've never used
svnsync, so I don't know how it works. If it's not necessary to use a
local repository, you might be able to get away with doing something
like

svnsync init --username YOURUSERNAME https://YOURPROJECT.googlecode.com/svn
  http://svn.clozure.com/publicsvn/rmcl

Otherwise, you can use the dump file to create a local repository, and
svnsync from that.
