Struggling with http://code.google.com/p/mcl/issues/entry.do

I select Template "Defect report from user", enter details, Submit 
and get barfed.  It flips back to "Defect report from developer" and 
says my ID is "Invalid owner username".

Wondering how many others get chewed like this, hence so few report 
getting onto the Issues page.
