RMCL on Core i3 based machines

I have a report from a customer that they cannot launch my RMCL based application on a Core i3 based iMac running OS X 10.6.4 or 10.6.7. The application runs fine for them and me on Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro. Can anyone confirm that RMCL does or does not work on i3-based machines?
