[PATCH] should ll-testing.lisp provide ll-testing?

Hi, 

I need this simple patch to compile CVS with cmucl 18e. Not sure it's
the right thing to do, but it works for me...

Error in function MOVITZ::SPECIAL-OPERATOR-REQUIRE:
   Compiling file "losp/ll-testing.lisp" didn't provide module :LL-TESTING.
   [Condition of type SIMPLE-ERROR]
