Diskless Boot

I subscribed for the site but am not sure that my confirmation response came
through.

I am running NFSd on an NT box exporting some drives and trying to boot a
diskless system.

If I boot the board with nfsroot set to our stand NFS server, it comes up
and I can mount the NT box with

mount 10.64.16.239:/target /mnt/bob

But if I set the bootline as follows:

Kernel command line: console=ttyS0,9600 root=/dev/nfs
nfsroot=10.64.17.239/target
ip=172.16.16.185:10.64.17.239:172.16.16.1:255.255.255.0::eth2:off

It will not connect with message:

Am I doing something wrong in the bootline?
