License of imap.cl

Below is a message from a Debian user. The file imap.cl in
http://opensource.franz.com/postoffice/postoffice-dist/imap.cl has the
incorrect license: it has the Franz proprietary restrictions rather
than the LLGPL license.

Can you confirm this is a oversight and would you be able to correct
the file?
