Allegroserve and CGI

Hello all,

Does the CGI facility with Allegroserve not work with Windows?  In 
examples.cl it has #+UNIX before the CGI examples, but I was hoping this was 
because the shell scripts were for unix.  Am I doing something wrong?  If 
not can we put this in the documentation? (or better yet, fix it) (or fix 
me)
