NFSd has two small features added:

* Command line switches (/install and /remove) for installing/removing
the program as a service.

* New configuration parameters, *hosts-allow* and *hosts-deny*, for
access control.

New binaries of the NFS server have been built and are available for
download.  The source code is available as well. of course.

The ntservice package has small error handling and API improvements.
