Once again, this is kind of a "maintenance upgrade" to 0.13.1; the
only notable new feature is support for UNIX sockets (of :TYPE :STREAM).

Work on 0.14 (with native threads) continues; except for lingering GC
bugs, resource-contention problems, missing functionality, and
newly-introduced bugs, everything's going smoothly. (It's starting to
get to the point where occurrences of those problems are at least mildly
suprising; hopefully, that's good news.)
