We haven't really used bug-openmcl for a few years now; please use Trac
to report bugs.

Well, it turns out that my TEST function could be as simple as

(defun test () (ccl:gc))

Called from REPL - everything is OK; called as top-level function in a=20
exe - programs busy-waits for something.
So what is not (re)initialized after SAVE-APPLICATION? Some lock in GC?
