There should be a file called "pty.lisp" in the "ccl:library;" directory.
REQUIRE should look in that directory (among others) for files whose name
matches the lowercased name of the module.

The fact that REQUIRE was able to start loading the Cocoa demo makes it
seem like you're environment's generally set up OK.  Is the file there ?
(I checked: it -is- in the 0.13.1 source archive).  Does the variable
CCL::*MODULE-SEARCH-PATH* contain the "ccl:library;" directory ?
