Here’s a rough list of proposed milestones that I wrote today. If I had adequate financial support to work on CCL, this is the path I would follow.  I followed a similar path when doing the 32-bit x86 port.

I believe I configured the wiki so that it is editable by anyone.

One thing that I didn’t mention explicitly is thoroughly documenting the porting process as it progresses. That would have to be an essential work product.
