parse-ffi troubles

I=E2=80=99ve been trying to generate updated interface databases from =
system header files for as many platforms as I can.  This is taking me a =
lot longer than I had hoped.

I=E2=80=99ve had some luck with the Unix-oids, but I=E2=80=99ve hit a =
snag with Windows.
