I'm sorry but I can't think of how to help with that.  I've assorted 
paper documentation here, even mouse, keyboard, printer, backup tapes 
and other parts, none of which are web ready, but I don't know of any 
other sources of information.  I imagine there must be other material 
about.  MIT licensed ZetaLisp to Racal-Norsk, and there was some 
involvement and exchange between RN & MIT (not least that RN fixed a 
number of bugs and inconsistencies in ZetaLisp), perhaps there is 
information there.  RMS was heavily involved in the project, perhaps 
some of his work on the project might be on the web.

There were several ex employees of RN with copies of specification, 
design and software material, I don't know what became of that.  I 
imagine that by now the mechanical garbage collector has done its job.

I'd be interested to hear what you find out.
