Looking for "Tape" for Lisp Lore, 2nd Ed

Dear SLUs,

I finally got some time to use my Lisp Machine,
and I intend to use my recently acquired copy of "Lisp Lore", 2nd Ed.,
by Hank Bromley and Richard Lamson, as a guide.

Reading the introduction is promising, but also mentions a "tape"
with examples, problem sets and solutions.
Does anyone here still have some of this stuff?

Also, has anyone ever collected "update" material between this edition
(that covers Genera 7.0) and the latest software (Genera 8.x)?
