MinGW and bigloo4.1a

I have not personally been using the MinGW build of bigloo much lately, so I had not attempted building bigloo4.1a there. However, given the announcement that its release is near, I attempted it and ran into compilation problems with csystem.c and csocket.c. The issues don't look too severe, and I believe I should be able to provide patches fairly shortly.

On a completely different topic, were the object->struct and struct->object procedures removed from bigloo?
