Hello, Manuel,

I will provide the patch in the next day or so. Most of the changes are very small (e.g., adding the GC_API modifier to bgl_gc_init in gc_intf.c and providing a define for gid_t in csystem.c). However, the changes required to csocket.c were a bit more substantial and I am still testing them.
