Bigloo on OS X

Hi all

I want to install Bigloo on a OS X Mavericks machine but

1. the Inria ftp server is unreachable or unbearably slow (and has no 
DMG for 4.1)
2. brew fails to install 4.0 with the updated Xcode command line tools

What's the best way to get a pre-compiled 4.1 for Mavericks?
