A dependency is missing in one Makefile. The problem has been fixed in the
current development version which is available at:

  ftp://ftp-sop.inria.fr/indes/fp/Bigloo/bigloo4.2a-alpha19Apr14.tar.gz

As this version is still unstable, I will release a temporary bigloo4.1a-3 
fixing to very problem. I will try my best to prepare this version by
tomorrow evening.
