link to igloo-4.2a.dmg is broken

It seems that the link to bigloo-4.2a.dmg is broken:

ftp://ftp-sop.inria.fr/indes/fp/Bigloo/macosx/bigloo-4.2a.dmg

Besides this, I was not able to compile bigloo-4.2a from sources for the
OS-X. Version 4.1a compiles normally. Here is the error message at the end
of compilation:

Since the forbid library seems to have been generated, I copied it by hand
to the appropriate location. Then the error changed to:
