the code works in the Bigloo scheme interpreter, also with the java front-end,
but crash when running in a tomcat8 container in the macro on (display (symbol->string (quote symbl)))
i think the problem only happens when the code run in a tomcat8 container,
if you want i can give you (in a private mail) the whole Sidonie.war file and an archive of source files,if you want to investigate more.
