Release 4.3b checksums

Hi

I am one of the Linuxbrew maintainers, a package manager based on the Homebrew package manager for mac.

We just saw that the checksum of the 4.3b archives changed twice in a few days.
Was there any repackaging at work? We would like to rule out any malicious action on the server.
If there was a repackaging, we always recommend to bump the version number as this causes
a lot of confusion: nobody will know what was the content of version 1,2,3 ...
