Trouble downloading Bigloo

Greetings,

If I go to:  http://www-sop.inria.fr/mimosa/fp/Bigloo/download.html
There is a link to download bigloo-latest.tgz
I am using Chrome on Linux.
I cannot download Bigloo from that link.
It uses ftp://.  I do not think my browser deals with that correctly.

It has been many years since I used ftp.  I tried to download Bigloo using
the command-line ftp program.  That failed too.  (Although I think
something changed about ftp since the last time I used it and that the
problem is my use of it.)

It would be a heck of a lot easier if there was an HTTP link.
