Bigloo-4.7a, last days of testing

Dear Bigloo users,

After a long silence, Bigloo-4.7a is now almost ready. Unless someone
reports a serious problem, it will be "officially" released by beginning
of next week.

This version contains numerous bug fixes, the switch to the latest GC
version, and, most importantly, represents a breakthrough in the
implementation of floating-point numbers, which are now accelerated by a
factor of nearly 2x.
