Hi all! 5.4.0rc2 testing
Operating system : Linux Mint 21.3
Hardware platform: x86_64
C Compiler: GCC 11.4.0
Installation works? : yes,
Tests work? yes
Installation of eggs works?: yes.

additional make option  OPTIMIZE_FOR_SPEED=1
also loading in csi 5.4 compiled csc v5.3 mine modules also works.
