Include paths with chicken-install

Hej!

I'm trying to install iup, but `chicken-install` fails for missing 
iup.h. I do have it, but in `iup/iup.h`, so I assume I should somehow 
tweak the include paths.

I didn't find anything about it though in the `chicken-install` 
documentation. Or overlooked it :-\ There surely is a way -- what do I 
do?
