Yes, sorry, we merged utf+r7rs into the master branch, so the instructions
need to be changed: you have to check out and bootstrap the master
branch, which has a few fixes. Also make sure to use crunch 0.5, which
has matching bugfixes.

Sorry for the confusion - this is all still under heavy development.
