New egg: leptonic

I'm pleased to announce 'leptonic', a new egg for Chicken-6. 
 
Leptonic provides a Chicken Scheme interface to the excellent image-processing library "leptonica" by Dan Bloomberg. The egg binds a subset of the extensive *leptonica* C-api, focusing on high-level *leptonica* functions likely to be useful to Scheme programmers.
