[CHICKEN 6] miniKanren for C6

Continuing on my ports of SRFIs, I have likewise ported miniKanren to 
now support C4/C5/C6.

Let me know if there are any issues. I tested this with test-new-egg on 
C6 and v1.3.2 should now work there. I should likewise have fixed any 
tests in C4/C5 as well, so if those were disabled (I suspect they were 
not working), please go ahead and re-enable those on salmonella's report.
