chicken 6: srfi 64

Hi,

I've forked and updated the repository of SRFI-64 (tests) to make it build
for CHICKEN 6: https://github.com/db7/srfi-64-chicken/

Do I have to change the release info bumping the version of the egg even if
there were no changes to the project?
