Re: 0.9.13 Release candidate

Hi Shiro,

My old configure script using the option using the no multibyte support 
"--enable-multibyte=none" failed with unresolved symbols.  So I removed 
it and it completed compiling.

I use my own built-in, user defined function "set%" inside another 
defined function and it failed.  But my built-in function "set%" works 
if it's not inside a function definition.  This is my own idiosyncratic 
usage and is not a problem for me to change at all.  Not an issue for 
me.

There's nothing else I noticed so far.
