Intermediate release: 0.9.15-p2

This is to provide a "reproducible" official package.  Reproducible means
you can recreate binaries from the source that are exactly the same as
distributed ones.  Previous releases of Gauche inserted external
representations such as #<identifier foo#bar.123abcd> in a generated string
literals, which varied between builds.

There are quite a few fixes and additions since 0.9.15-p1, but we don't
advertise them this time.  Check out ChangeLog if you're curious.
