For example, we may update snapshot tarball with the same name if we find issues. So we don't tag them, we may remove them when a new real release is out, etc. It is a good idea to sign the snapshot releases, though. You can call Web API to obtain the list of releases and download URLs. Accessing with browser shows the usage: https://practical-scheme.net/gauche/releases I don't have a webhook, but polling it like once per day wouldn't harm.
