Tarballs with "-pX" or "_preX" suffixes are transient by nature (we call
them "snapshots"), so we don't treat them as rigorous as the "real"
releases. For example, we may update snapshot tarball with the same name if
we find issues.  So we don't tag them, we may remove them when a new real
release is out, etc.

It is a good idea to sign the snapshot releases, though.

You can call Web API to obtain the list of releases and download URLs.
Accessing with browser shows the usage:
https://practical-scheme.net/gauche/releases

I don't have a webhook, but polling it like once per day wouldn't harm.
