SchemeUnit 2.0 documentation complete

Hi all,

I've just checked in final additions and documentation for
SchemeUnit 2.0.  I've broken the GUI so I'll fix that
(hopefully later today or tomorrow) and then post an .plt
for people to try out, before announcing the release to the
world at large.  Extra eyeballs on the documentation would
be appreciated.  I've reverted to doc.txt as I can't get
the old HTML documentation to build from the Latex source.
