I am pleased to officially announce the results of the election for the
Scheme Language Steering Committee.

The new Steering Committee will be:

   - Marc Feeley
   - Jonathan A Rees
   - William D Clinger

Details may be found at
http://www.r6rs.org/steering-committee/election/results.html .

Please join me in congratulating the members of the new Steering Committee,
and in wishing them well in their new responsibilities.

It is with some sadness that I sign off on this final message. On behalf of
Alan and Guy, I'd like to thank the community for its support over the last
five years. It is the community that keeps Scheme going, and I look forward
to more great things for Scheme.
