TWiki cookbook / licences

I'm impressed with the ease that this has been done. 
It looks nice, works well, and the webhop URL is
great.

The only thing that should be done is mentioning the
licence we use, preferrably at the bottom of every
page (and an additional reminder on the edit page
would be good).  The case against the FDL is:

The suggestion is:

"I recommend that you use the same license as the
program has; this prevents an awful lot of future
problems... With a license like the GPL which refers
explicitly to "source code" and "object code", you may
want to put a note next to the manual's copyright
statement to clarify what you consider to be "object
code" in this context.  (The definition of "source
code" in the GPL is quite sufficiently broad enough
for any purpose, although you may want to clarify it
too.) For instance, if you wrote a manual in texinfo
form, you could write: For the purpose of applying the
GPL to this document, I consider "source code" to
refer to the texinfo source and "object code" to refer
to the generated info, tex, dvi, and postscript
files."

The LGPL which states:

"This License Agreement applies to any software
library or other program...

A "library" means a collection of software functions
and/or data prepared so as to be conveniently linked
with application programs (which use some of those
functions and data) to form executables."

Clearly the cookbook isn't a library under this
definition.  However it can still be an "other
program".  So I think using the LGPL isn't a problem.
