I forgot to add to this, that the possibly more complex operation of
creating up "index pages" (like StringRecipes), might require a bit more
knowledge of the cookbook structure and rules.  But I think that's OK.

I've installed the TocPlugin - you can see the help at
Plugins.TocPluginHelp.  It looks pretty interesting so far, but I haven't
yet figured out exactly how we'd integrate its use.
