I'm happy with this.  I believe our discussion has
highlighted a difference of philosophy.  Myself and
Anton seem to prefer adaptation, MJ preplanning
(coarsely put).  I don't think either is better but
they are certainly contradictory and I can't see a
resolution that doesn't end up being a compromise
no-one is happy with.

The cookbook is chugging along quite nicely as is.  In
 a few more days Jens will probably complete all the
recipes ;-)  I'll concentrate on fixing up the Author
Guide and Table of Contents.
