I'm still not sure that plt-scheme, for example, really needs a big long discussion about changes in the SchemeUnit API for example. I'm remaining neutral on the issue. So my justification for schematics-users is: If we nuke the forums (I have done so) there needs to be an official Schematics controlled place for support requests to replace the forums. By having user requests go to schematics-users they will end up in my mailbox and so be brought to our attention, rather than me having to go hunt them down (c.l.s. or SF forums) I really don't mind if people post to plt-scheme or c.l.s. as I'll probably see the post (I don't read c.l.s. every day) but I want to catch the other people who were slipping through the cracks.
