Create a tarball or .plt; whichever is more
appropriate for WordUp (see tools/make-plt)

Upload to SF (see tools/upload)

Create a new category (I'll give you permissions
tomorrow, unless one of the other admins beats me to
it) and release it

Announce!

Compulsively check the download statistics for the
next month

Sounds like we should get the new webpages
(schematics.sf.net/new) into action.  I'll look at it
tomorrow.  I'll probably create a WebIt based system
to generate the pages.
