If there are no objections, I'd like to get the indexing business worked
out a little bit better.  I've been working on it.  If nothing else, I'll
do what Noel suggests at the bottom of the AdminCookbookViews page, which
is set up a small form with buttons to create a recipe and maybe a
chapter.  Twiki supports page templates so pressing one of these buttons
can produce a page which already contains the appropriate heading and
things like the %STARTINCLUDE% / %STOPINCLUDE% block, and a heading after
that for comments about the page.  This will provide some consistency of
structure.  What I've just described is simple to do, and I should be able
to do it tomorrow (Tuesday).

I agree.  BTW, when we announce on the PLT list, I think we should
consider announcing on c.l.s. also, particularly if we still want to
support other Schemes at all (although I don't know how well that'll work
out in practice).
